Ginger is a known natural remedy for muscle pain and can help overall circulation. Heat two cups of water to boiling in a small saucepan, and add two teaspoons of ginger powder or one heaping tablespoon of fresh, grated gingerroot. Lower heat, and simmer until the water turns golden, about 10 minutes. Add this ginger “tea” to a bathful of warm water. Relax in the tub for 20 to 30 minutes.
