Coconut oil kills germs that cause bad breath, tooth decay and gum disease. Brush your teeth daily using a mixture of ? teaspoon baking soda and ½ teaspoon organic extra-virgin coconut oil (available at health-food stores). If your gums feel sore, massaging them with coconut oil should bring relief.

Coconut oil tends to be solid, so soften with your fingers before using.
